Return Policy:
All products are covered by 1 year warranty, unless otherwise noted.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product, provided it meets the following conditions:
1) Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please email us at [email protected], or call 864-469-0919 to receive a RMA#. Products cannot be returned without a RMA number.
2) All defective items can be exchanged for the same model as the defective item or refunded for the cost of the item. Never opened items can be refunded fully. At our discretion, all opened non-defective returns will be assessed up to 20% restocking fee within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept any returns by products that are damaged by customers.
3) Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To be accepted, product must be in the original packaging including all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards. Any damage or defects to the products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.
4) For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value, and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. The original receipt or a copy of it should also be included in your return package.
5) Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. The original and returns S&H charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handling charges to the customer.
6) Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason.
Shipping Policies:
Delivery
Oasis Scientific makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. All in-stock orders placed are shipped within 48 business hours from when the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends (those received after Fridays after 12PM) will be processed on Monday.
Shipping Charges
We honor FREE ground shipping on orders over $95, EXCLUDING shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. The exact shipping charges for your order will be shown to you prior to completion of the checkout process. Please be sure to select the correct shipping method to avoid delays or cancellation of your order.
International Shipments
Shipments outside the U.S. are available. Please contact us for international shipments.
For international orders, please check with your local rules and regulations about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that all the shipping related fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient, not Oasis Scientific, Inc. In the event a shipment is refused and returned for any reason other than Damage, any taxes, duties, custom fees , brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tax Information:
Items shipped to South Carolina will have appropriate state sales tax added to the order total.
